Lambswool prefers the gentle route. Scarves are dry clean only. Treat spills quickly by blotting, then dabbing with cold water. Skip the rubbing and let it air-dry naturally, away from heat. For full cleaning, dry clean only.

A little pilling is normal and eases over time. When needed, a quick pass with a wool comb will smooth things right out.
