We do our best to keep everything on hei-hey.com accurate and up to date. But typos happen. Prices occasionally misbehave. Inventory can get its wires crossed. If we spot an error in a product description, price, availability, or other information, we reserve the right to correct it, update it, or cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

We also photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible, but screens have opinions about color. Many of the things we sell are handmade, hand-finished, or made from natural materials, which means small variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, and finish are perfectly normal. We think that’s part of the good stuff.

The Hei-Hey name, branding, original photography, graphics, written content, and other original materials on this website belong to Hei-Hey unless otherwise noted.
