Owl Family Swedish Dishcloth
Whooo's doing the dishes? Apparently, these nine little overachievers. The Owl Family Swedish Dishcloth by Cose Nuove features a very watchful lineup of wide-eyed owls in mustard yellow, charcoal blue, and white, each sporting its own geometric feather situation. Designed by Brian Thoes, it's a little Scandinavian charm, a little mid-century personality, and nine pairs of eyes silently judging the state of your kitchen. Adorable, really.
Invented in Sweden back in the 1940s, these clever little kitchen workhorses are made from 70% cellulose and 30% cotton. They soak up spills, tackle messy counters, and make paper towels look downright wasteful. One dishcloth can replace over a dozen rolls of paper towels, and it's machine-washable and dishwasher-safe, so it'll happily stick around for months. Wise choice, if you ask the owls.
Made and screen-printed in Sweden using water-based inks, it's fully compostable when its cleaning career comes to an end. Less waste, more good design, and a whole parliament of owls keeping an eye on things.
