Studio Arhoj’s Hana Vases are flowers even before you add the flowers. Hand-cast and hand-glazed in porcelain, each sculptural vessel takes its name and inspiration from Japanese blooms, with distinctive shapes that look just as good empty as they do holding a few stems.

Each Hana shape is made in a limited palette of glazes developed in-house by Studio Arhoj specifically for the collection. The result? Color, curves, and plenty of personality for your table, shelf, or windowsill. Flowers optional. 🌸

Hand washing is the favorite, but the dishwasher is invited when things get stubborn. Use a gentle, low-heat cycle, or soak in warm water with a detergent tab. For seriously committed stains, diluted chlorine or limescale remover can be used sparingly. Ceramics clean. Drama over.

Studio Arhoj is a Copenhagen-based design studio founded by designer and illustrator Anders Arhoj, creator of some of the most charmingly odd ceramics and glassware we've ever met. Every piece is handmade in Denmark by a team of potters, glassmakers, and glaze magicians, resulting in colorful objects with big personalities and a tendency to make people say, "Wait, who is that little guy?"

Hei-Hey's founder first fell for Studio Arhoj at More & Co. in Portland and later made a pilgrimage to the studio in Copenhagen, where the kiln heat, shelves of Ghosts, and endless glaze experiments only made the obsession worse. Thankfully for all of us, she brought that obsession home.
